What counts as a message?
Every message sent between your agents and contacts counts toward your monthly limit. System messages, internal notes, and AI suggestions do not count.
How does overage billing work?
On the Business plan, your first 1,000 messages are included. After that, each additional message costs $0.02. Usage is calculated monthly and billed at the end of each billing cycle.
What are AI generation tokens?
AI generation tokens power the AI reply suggestions feature. The Business plan includes $10 worth of tokens per month. Token usage depends on conversation length and complexity.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Business at any time, and your new plan starts immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a limit on conversations?
No. Both plans include unlimited conversations. The message limit applies to total messages sent across all conversations.
